Registration is mandatory for all participants
The link for registering and for abstract submission will be available soon.
€ 220 for faculty members and non-academic research / clinical institutions participants
€ 110 for postdocs, PhD students, and master's students
Free for IMT PhD students upon registration
€ 360 for company delegates
The fee includes receptions and coffee breaks.
The registration fee does not include lunches and the social dinner.
All fees are non-refundable.
The abstracts for the posters should briefly state the background of the research, methods used, principal findings (no statistics), and the theoretical significance of the work. The maximum word limit is 250 words. Please do not cite any references in the abstracts. Each participant can appear as first author on a maximum of one poster.
The workshop supports Open Science. If you follow(ed) any Open Science principle (e.g., open access, open data, open source, open materials, preregistration), please consider including the Open Science badges in your poster. See here for more information on the badges.
The abstract submission deadline is October 16, 2026. However, registration and abstract submission may close before this date once the maximum number of participants or abstracts has been reached.
Poster Awards
Poster awards will be granted on a competitive basis during the workshop. Only non-faculty first authored posters are eligible for the awards. Following attendee voting, the organising committee will jointly decide the winning posters. The winners will be announced at the end of the workshop.
