Registration is mandatory for all participants
The link for registering to the main workshop (3-4 December) and to the satellite event (2 December) is here.
The registration deadline is October 31, 2026. However, the registration may close before this date once the maximum number of participants or abstracts has been reached.
Fees:
€ 200 for faculty members and non-academic research / clinical institutions participants
€ 100 for postdocs, PhD students, medical residents, and master's students
Free for IMT PhD students upon registration (Limited to 20 places, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis)
€ 360 for company delegates
The participation fee includes:
- Participation in all sessions of the workshop and of the satellite event
- Cocktail receptions (n.2) and coffee breaks throughout the event
Please note that the fee does not cover accommodation, lunches and the social dinner.
Participation in the social dinner is available separately at a cost of €40.00.
All fees are non-refundable.
Abstract submission
After registering, abstract can be submitted by clicking here and uploading the abstract.
The abstracts for the posters should briefly state the background of the research, methods used, principal findings (no statistics), and the theoretical significance of the work. The maximum word limit is 250 words. Please do not cite any references in the abstracts. Each participant can appear as first author on a maximum of one poster.
The workshop supports Open Science. If you follow(ed) any Open Science principle (e.g., open access, open data, open source, open materials, preregistration), please consider including the Open Science badges in your poster. See here for more information on the badges.

Poster sessions
Information on poster format will be provided soon.
Poster Awards
Poster awards will be granted on a competitive basis during the workshop. Only non-faculty first authored posters are eligible for the awards. Following attendee voting, the organising committee will jointly decide the winning posters. The winners will be announced at the end of the workshop.
